What we do

We're not a manufacturer. We're the fenestration experts who engineer the right system, source it from the leading manufacturers, then supply, install, and manage the whole project — for new construction and replacement alike.

01

Fenestration Engineering & Consulting

Custom solutions for non-standard openings, oversized glass, enlarged heights, drip-cap details, and historic conditions — engineered to perform and to pass inspection. When the Waterside Plaza façade consultant needed head and sill drip caps that weren't in the original design, we engineered an interlocking system that let each opening be installed on its own schedule.

02

Window & Door Supply

We're manufacturer-agnostic. Rather than pushing one factory's catalog, we source and supply the right window and door systems for your building, budget, and code from the industry's leading manufacturers — then stand behind what goes in.

03

Installation — New Construction & Replacement

From ground-up new construction to window replacement in fully occupied high-rises, our own meticulous crews install with precision and minimal disruption. On occupied jobs we sequence the work so residents are out for only a few hours and back the same day.

04

Project Management

Surveys, scheduling, façade-consultant coordination, logistics, and closeout — a single point of accountability from first contact to final sign-off. We plan the calendar so it actually holds.

How it works

From first call to final closeout.

  1. 1

    Consultation & survey

We assess the building, openings, and constraints — and listen to the board's priorities.

  2. 2

    Engineering & proposal

We design the system and deliver a clear, itemized proposal with realistic scheduling.

  3. 3

    Supply & staging

Product is sourced, manufactured, and staged to match the installation sequence.

  4. 4

    Installation

Crews install unit by unit with minimal disruption, keeping the building secure and clean.

  5. 5

    Closeout & warranty

Final walkthrough, documentation, and a relationship that lasts past the last window.
